This achievement marks a pivotal moment in our journey, with more than 20 of the 37 units receiving the green light. The team's hard work and dedication have been instrumental in this success, and we're not stopping here. In the coming weeks, we're anticipating the approval of 10 more units. This progress is a testament to our commitment to providing exceptional living spaces for UC Berkeley students.
